Drukarnia OPEGIEK Sp z o.o. , as one of the largest producers of beer labels, has been committed to delivering the highest quality services for over 25 years. At the same time, we assure you that we respect your privacy and do not expand our rights in any way. Your personal data is safe with us, and you may withdraw your consent to its collection and processing at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the following “Personal Data Protection Information.”

Today, we would like to present the most important information regarding your personal data in connection with the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This change in legislation does not require you to contact us—simply reviewing the information below will inform you of your rights regarding the processing of your personal data.

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), we inform you that:

Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing

We collect your personal data for the following purposes:

to conclude and perform contracts and provide services, including order fulfillment, shipment, payment processing, and handling complaints;

for analytical and statistical purposes and to support business operations;

to respond to letters and requests;

to fulfill legal obligations, including issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, and for archiving purposes;

to protect the Controller’s rights under applicable law, including debt collection and legal proceedings;

for marketing activities and sending commercial information, if you have given separate consent.

Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared only with:

entities authorized to receive data under applicable law as well as entities affiliated with the Controller that process data and participate in the execution of tasks consistent with the purposes of processing

Data Retention Period

The duration of data processing depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. The retention period is determined based on:

legal regulations requiring data retention (e.g., accounting laws);

the duration of service provision;

the time necessary to protect the Controller’s interests.

Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

You have the right to:

1. Request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, and the right to data portability.

2. Object at any time to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.

3. Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

4. Provide your data voluntarily, although it may be required to receive marketing materials or to conclude and perform a contract

5. Be informed that the Controller does not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling

Voluntary Nature of Data Provision

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for purposes such as contract execution or participation in recruitment processes. The Controller is committed to applying appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data. Your data will be stored only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, to fulfill legal obligations, and for the duration of any legal claims or proceedings (including those related to tax) until the possible expiration of claims by you or the Controller. We would like to inform you that the privacy policy will be regularly reviewed and updated.
